I recently attended a wine tasting with Cork & Compass with some friends. We really had a fantastic evening.
Tim is enthusiastic and can convey his passion and knowledge of wine well. The atmosphere during the evening was relaxed and not as stiff and stuffy as some other wine tasting events. In addition, the balance between tasting wines/learning about wines and having a pleasant evening was perfect!
