The story for the slurpers

The name of this estate is derived from a centuries-old farm dating back to the 15th century, called Roveglia. Tenuta Roveglia's vineyards are located on the southern shores of Lake Garda, where the grape vines thrive on clay soils with a rich concentration of mineral salts. The turbiana grape (trebbiano di lugana) is used to produce the Lugana from Tenuta Roveglia. The manual harvest of the grapes takes place towards the end of September. The bunches are gently pressed, with only the first 60% of the juice selected for winemaking. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks for 4 to 5 months.
